Cultura's name has its roots in the Latin word "agricultura" - which is Latin for agriculture - and "cultivate" - which is to foster growth or development. We believe in strong customer relationships and that the expertise and commitment of our people can make the difference in delivering advanced, customer-centric solutions that enable Agri-Food businesses to efficiently produce, process, and deliver quality food and bio-products.
Cultura Technologies was formed by bringing together five proven, leading agri-food software organizations - AGRIS Inc., BMS Computer Solutions, Cal Software, ExtendAg, and Kinross Software. Cultura is owned by Constellation Software, Inc. (CSI), headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. CSI is an international provider of market-leading software and services for the public and private sectors. The company acquires, manages, and builds vertical market businesses that supply software solutions to a number of industries.
